Leonardi Apiary and Gardens located in Plainville, Massachusetts was established in 2017. Beekeeping started as a hobby with my wife and kids. We have grown into a family owned business with a dream to educate and share our responsibility for preserving the honey bees.

Chef Leonardi, CMC has taken raw honey to a new level! Our all natural honey is offered infused with Chili peppers or Cinnamon. A customer favorite is our Chocolate infused honey! We have a wide selection of special honey based products and bee keeping equipment.

Raw honey is known to have many healthy benefits when consumed. The phytonutrients in honey are responsible for its antioxidant properties, as well as its antibacterial and antifungal power. They're also thought to be the reason raw honey has shown immune boosting and anticancer benefits. Our raw honey is only strained before it is bottled, which means it retains most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that it naturally contains.

Did you know that Chef Leonardi is a Certified Master Chef through the American Culinary Federation and is 1 of 70 in the USA that holds this certification.
Chef Leonardi is responsible for all of the infused honey production that is done. He uses barrel aging, reduced oxygen environments and little to no heat to ensure that the benefits of raw unprocessed honey are still there.
